Website purpose
This website provides general information about VoltCycle services and allows suppliers, buyers and asset holders to submit information for initial review. Website content is not an offer, binding quote, acceptance, certification or commitment to complete a transaction.
Commercial coordination role
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, VoltCycle acts only as a commercial coordinator or introducer. Any commission, service fee, margin, exclusivity, non-circumvention obligation or payment trigger must be set out in a separate signed agreement.
Your responsibilities
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share. You remain responsible for independent technical, commercial, legal, environmental, sanctions, transport, customs and counterparty due diligence.
No guaranteed outcome
Submission does not guarantee buyer interest, seller acceptance, material quality, pricing, permits, transport availability, customs clearance, regulatory classification, recovery suitability or completion of a transaction.
Confidential and sensitive information
Do not submit trade secrets or highly sensitive information until appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place. VoltCycle will use reasonable care with submitted information, but an enquiry form alone does not create a fiduciary duty, agency relationship, partnership or legally binding confidentiality obligation.
Intellectual property
The VoltCycle name, website design and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You retain ownership of material and documents you submit, while granting VoltCycle permission to use them for the purpose of assessing and responding to the enquiry.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoltCycle is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on general website content, third-party acts or omissions, indirect loss, lost profit or a transaction that does not proceed. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
